About BVC
BVC was originally incorporated in 2002 by Thomas E. Hoshko as Buena Vista Courtyard Villa Corp, a property management company to manage two boutique hotels and other real estate in Lauderdale by the Sea, Florida. Since then, the company has sold its real estate and has transitioned its services back to the core competencies of its principals, who have over 50 years of experience in the IT and professional services industry. BVC provides business consulting and transaction advisory services for the IT consulting and professional services industry.
BVC stands out from the crowd for a number of reasons, the most significant of which is our people and the experience they offer. We work diligently to understand our customers and anticipate their needs. Our word is our bond. When a team member of BVC says they will do something, they follow through until the very end.

Mr. Hoshko has over thirty years of experience in the Information Technology, Solutions and Consulting business. He is responsible for the rapid growth of four IT consulting companies - by developing teaming and business partnerships with the top 10 defense contractors, as well as, many of the FORTUNE 500 and large financial institutions. Mr. Hoshko has opened numerous branch offices and practices to deliver solutions on a global basis. He has completed several strategic acquisitions to increase bandwidth and meet customer demand while scaling business with significant internal growth. Mr. Hoshko has significant international business experience, primarily in EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa).
Mr. Hoshko has successfully started and grown four (4) IT Staffing and Professional Services Companies (Private & Public), opened over 25 branch offices and successfully completed over thirty five (35) mergers and acquisitions including, but not limited to, record growth and scaling Computer Professionals, Inc. (CPi) later sold to AccuStaff/Modis (NYSE: MPS) as a platform and growth in Modis from $60M to over $1B in 3 years through accretive acquisitions and expansion (new offices). MPS was later sold to Adecco.
